This situation brings to mind an incident my friend Mike brought to my attention this weekend. A 39 year old man in Madison is charged for sex trafficking after trying to BUY an 8 year old girl for sex. Read the full story here.
On a positive note Green Bay was marked the 25th safest metro city in America. Running near the top are the cities directly surrounding the Green Bay area including: Appleton (3rd), Sheboygan (2nd), Oshkosh (18), and FonduLac (20th).
